At this time, we are limited to the sample box options available on the website but are eager to expand more sampling options in the future to include loose samples! However, you can always visit our showroom by booking an appointment to get your hands on our in-house samples to see and experience them for yourself, along with getting support from our team to help answer any questions you may have.

Once you input your total required square foot (SF) for your project into our SQFT CALCULATOR, you will be provided with the total number of boxes required to fulfil that SF Amount. The calculator will provide an initial price for the order, but be sure to add the box quantity into your cart and when you go to check out you will see your total sale price that includes state sales tax.

Depending on your tiles lead time, is when you can anticipate receiving a separate shipping invoice. Your shipping is determined on your location, the weight, number of pallets and any other special delivery instructions you may request.

Shipping Invoices must be approved within 24 - 48 hours, otherwise they are subject to change as carriers availability and schedule can shift.

Shipping invoices are applicable for tile orders only.

On the tile tear sheets you will be able to see the tile name, type, format (in.), thickness (mm.) and sku details. Along with this, we include additional sizing, packaging, application for residential and commercial spaces, ansi technical applications chart, and the tiles origin.
